Overview

Al Enizy Farms required an ERP solution that could handle the unique operational cycle of agricultural production — from seasonal crop planning through harvest and final distribution. We implemented Odoo with agriculture-specific customisations built around their farming workflows.

What We Implemented

The system was built to give farm management a single tool for planning and tracking every stage of production, while connecting field operations to the back office.

Key modules and customisations:

• Crop planning — seasonal planning module for managing crop rotations, planting schedules, and resource allocation across farm plots.
• Harvest tracking — recording of yields per plot and crop type with variance analysis against targets.
• Distribution management — order management and dispatch scheduling for delivering produce to retail and wholesale customers.
• Input cost tracking — tracking of seed, fertiliser, water, and labour costs per crop cycle for accurate profitability analysis.
• Inventory and cold storage — post-harvest inventory with temperature-zone tracking and expiry management.
• Supplier and procurement — management of agricultural input suppliers with seasonal purchase planning.

Result

Al Enizy Farms moved from manual records and spreadsheets to an integrated system that gives management a clear picture of profitability per crop cycle and supports better planning decisions each season.
