Overview

Beautika Secret operates multiple retail locations and needed a point-of-sale and inventory system that could keep all of them in sync. We implemented Odoo’s retail suite, tailored to the specific workflows of a beauty and cosmetics business.

The implementation focused on giving floor staff a fast, reliable POS experience while giving the operations team complete visibility across all locations.

• Multi-location inventory — centralised stock control with per-location visibility and inter-location transfer management.
• Real-time stock synchronisation — sales at any location instantly update the central inventory.
• Product variants — handling of shades, sizes, and product variants without catalogue complexity.
• Promotions and discounts — configurable promotional pricing and loyalty discounts applied automatically at the till.
• End-of-day reporting — automated daily sales summaries and cash reconciliation reports per location.

Result

Beautika Secret’s operations team gained a clear, accurate picture of stock across all their stores for the first time. Shrinkage was reduced, and stockouts on popular products became rare thanks to better reorder visibility.
