Overview

Feeders Kuwait operates a large-scale supply chain serving the food and hospitality sector. Managing demand variability and logistics complexity across their network required a purpose-configured ERP solution. We implemented Odoo with supply chain–focused customisations that turned their operations data into actionable decisions.

The implementation tackled the two biggest challenges in their business: predicting demand accurately and tracking product movement reliably across the supply chain.

• Automated reordering — min/max reorder rules with lead-time awareness that generate purchase orders before stockouts occur.
• Logistics tracking — end-to-end shipment tracking from supplier dispatch through customer delivery.
• Supplier portal — self-service portal for key suppliers to confirm orders, update delivery schedules, and upload documents.
• Quality control checkpoints — defined inspection steps for inbound goods with pass/fail recording.
• KPI dashboards — management view of fill rates, lead times, and supplier performance.

Result

Feeders Kuwait gained the visibility and automation needed to run a responsive supply chain. Stockout incidents dropped significantly, and procurement planning that previously took days now runs on a reliable automated cycle.
