Overview

Wafi General Trading required a comprehensive ERP system to unify operations across their trading business. We implemented a full Odoo suite covering every major operational domain, connecting processes that were previously managed across disconnected tools.

• Inventory management — multi-warehouse stock control with batch tracking, expiry management, and automated reordering.
• Accounting and finance — full chart of accounts, multi-currency transactions, and consolidated financial reporting.
• Sales and CRM — quotation-to-invoice workflow with customer pricing tiers and sales team tracking.
• Purchase management — vendor management, purchase orders, and three-way matching against deliveries and invoices.
• Barcode scanning — integrated barcode workflows for receiving, picking, and stocktaking operations.
• Automated reporting — scheduled reports delivered to management for inventory turnover, sales performance, and financial summaries.

Result

Wafi General Trading moved from fragmented spreadsheets and manual processes to a single, integrated system. The time spent on month-end close and stock reconciliation dropped substantially after go-live.
